• If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders.

We accept approved payment methods including Mobile Money and card payments through authorized payment providers.

• We do not store full card details on our servers.

• Orders may require payment verification before processing.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.

• Customers must provide correct delivery details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unreachable phone numbers, customer unavailability, or third-party courier delays.

Risk may transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you satisfied. Our returns/refunds are subject to product type and condition:

Eligible returns may include:

• Wrong item delivered

• Item damaged on arrival (reported promptly)

• Item defective (subject to inspection)

Not eligible (unless faulty):

• Used items

• Items damaged after delivery

• Clearance/discount items where stated “final sale”

• Items without original packaging/accessories where required

Important: Report issues as soon as possible after delivery with clear photos/video evidence where applicable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.

9. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment/delivery conditions may differ from retail.

• Wholesale orders may require confirmation before processing.

• Some wholesale orders may not be eligible for returns unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

• Discount codes are subject to validity periods and conditions.

• Promotions may be limited by stock and may end at any time.

• Misuse of promotions may lead to cancellation of the discount or order.
